This course provides a foundational understanding of Supply Planning and Pipeline Monitoring. Participants will deepen their knowledge of methodologies and approaches essential for effective development of a supply plan. As a result, they will be equipped to regularly monitor and update the pipeline, resulting in determining shipment schedules for national level supply chain pipeline, ensuring to avoid stock inadequacy. The course will highlight the following outlines - Introduction to Supply Planning, Estimating Total Commodity Requirements & Costs, Inventory Strategy & Inventory Control System, Developing a Supply Plan & Funding Comparison, and Supply Chain Pipeline Monitoring & Shipment Scheduling.
